Background I am nearly 10 years into my IT career, I have worked in a fair few roles and a fair few industries across my career so far. I am currently working as a 2nd Line Engineer in the education industry but I have been: Service desk technician, a 2nd line technician, a system administrator and a Tooling and Automation Engineer.
